The S1854 is a single CPU board. It only supports coppermine. It has both Slot-1 and S370, but only one can be used at a time.
I have a dual S370 board that supports Tualatins that has an ISA slot... no AGP slot though.
Video card I have in it is a PCI Nvidia Quadro FX600 (little bit faster than an FX5200).

I wouldn't even try to run Morrowind on a Voodoo3.
The recommended specs are still way low especially if you want to run at higher resolution and good framerates.
For that matter, you can run it on much newer systems anyway.
