Hello, I am fairly new to DosBox so there is probably something I don't understand about image mounting. Is there a maximum limit of 7 drives used at the same time for image mounting?

I am trying to mount 14 images on 14 differents drives to be able to play the 14 games of some obscure educative games serie back to back (I know it is possible to have several images on the same drive and to switch between them using a shortcut, but this is not what I want, as the person I wish to give the dosbox standalone doesn't understand keyboard shortcuts)

Using the autoexec in "dosbox-test.conf", I can have 7 images loaded at the same time, but for some reason, not a single one more. The other 7 iso aren't at fault, as I have been able to make them work by putting them in the 7 first slots.

Whatever I do, only 7 drives show up, meaning that out of the 14 working games I was able to install, only 7 are playable, the others displaying "Please insert the CD to play" if I click on them, despite the autoexec allegedly mounting them all.

Does anyone know if there is a hard limit on the number of drives, or if there is a parameter I have to change in order to add more?

I have included several screenshots as well as the .conf file as attachments, if needed.

This is not a general DOSBox feature (IDE emulation), consult whoever made the fork you are using.
