Hi, greetings

I buy a AcerNote light 350PC, and i want to change cmos battery, because did not save bios options, but i cant find the battery at all... any ideas? someone have same laptop and found it? thanks a lot

Click on the first photo would bring up a floating gallery of 56 photos. I wonder if the small grey box between VGA and PS/2 ports in photo #35 is a customized battery. Photo #41 is the bottom side of the motherboard and no apparent component with a possible shape of a battery.

man you have a incredible good eye! thanks a lot, i found this website, but did not realize the extra pictures

I need to dissasemble all the acer to locate this grey box, i will do next weekend and came back with news, thanks a lot

Underneath that grey rubber 'sock' is this battery:

That's a non rechargeable battery so it's safe to put a CR2032 in its place. Personally I ran some wires to some free space under the keyboard and put a CR2032 holder there 😀

Oh also it might help you possibly, here's what I've found with the dip switches on the AN350:

Thanks. To be specific, it's a Panasonic BR-1225/VCN with preinstalled V-type leads and wide temperature tolerance (between -30°C to +85°C). Pricier than common CR2032, of course.
