Ok, not really....
But i have a problem with them: the board works fine with a isa vga card nomatter which isa slot i use for it but none of the 3 pci slots works with a pci vga card. I tested a couple of them (i know they are working cards) and only get 8 short beeps, no display at all. The light on my kvm switch does come on (this usually means i get a display) but the screen stays black. With isa no beeps and the display goes on.
Setting isa or pci vga in bios does not change a thing. Also tried the fail safe settings.
Got this board without a bios chip and hotflashed a chip on another board with a AMI bios file i found online: 918_Bios_19961230_AMI.zip
I guess it is the right file as it boots with an isa card, does everything else and also boots from a floppy disk, but what could be the reason it won't post with a pci card?
2 things that are not correct: in bios there are settings for irq for 4 pci slots, i only have 3 slots on my board. And during post it always says ''256kb cache ok'' even when i insert only 128kb cache with the right jumper settings. Speedsys DOES report and measure the right amount of cache (128kb and 256kb) so it looks like a fake cache bios for another version of the board?
I can not find any physical damage on the board, front or back.
