It isn't there. I had different version, probably earlier. I remember it, that it worked this way, but it wasn't there. Probably 2.7 or lower version.

Well personally I tried it some days ago with the latest version and this feature works like a charme

With your card already overclocked, go to options, preferences and click "quick setup".
You'll see a "rescan" button. Click on it.
When going back to the overclock menu, you'll be able to overclock further.
I overclocked mine to 88MHz this way (late Diamond Stealth 2000 Pro).
