I've been trying to get the DOS version of Mechwarrior 2 to work with my Sidewinder 3D Pro. It is my understanding that this game has a special mode for this joystick that allows it to use all of the buttons in pure DOS. I have only been able to get it to work in analog mode. I am using the gameport on an AWE64 (CT4520). I have also tried lowering the FSB from 100MHz to 66MHz.
