I went looking to collect this utility long ago but all links were dead. Funny that I would just stumble across it at random while reading some french A3D review.
Since I've never asked, did anyone have it on hand already? Was it rare to come across like the MDK1 A3D patch?

Attached below just in case not 😁

[edit]
Doh! Minerva crashes under XP so I debugged it and it has a cpuspeed call then promptly divides by zero :p
I'll have to setup my win98 rig to play around with it.

Oh my...The feels!
These are the only pictures I've ever seen of Aureal at any conventions.

At the bottom where it says reverse engineering. That link contains minerva with filename "MinWebInst1.exe"

So I had it this entire time...Well now I feel really dumb >_< I archived those files a long time ago and never bothered to run all of them.

On my Win98 SE rig, Pentium 4 2.8GHz, with an Aureal Vortex 2 (driver version 2041), Minerva doesn't launch and throws an error: "invalid page fault in Minerva.exe at 0167:004282c6".

The interactive 3D graphic demo however, works. Any ideas?

EDIT: More than 512MB of RAM will make the program refuse to run. The more you know....
I'm using RLOWE's PATCHMEM btw, could be a related cause.
