Upgrading to 93.81 and. Installing chipset driver not help..

user driver cleaner pro 1.5 and remove 93.81, then go grab 45.23 and install, you should be fine then

There is no win xp 45.23 driver. Only windows 98

XP is a lot more tolerant with more recent drivers. The version that's considered the best for W98 isn't necessarily the best for XP.

yes and no, ive found this version also best for Geforce4 MX cards, because past that optimization is soley focused on fixing the FX and DX9 preformance something the MX can't do, and the 93.71 drivers are terrible for anything except geforce 8 series

Automatic installer not working. im installed it manually on device manager (have disk option)

And select mx440. There is no mx4000 card on list.
