Anyone got driver's for this, all the driver sites of course just want me to download that trash outerbytes driver non sense instead of the actual drivers, i miss when these sites where good instead of the hot garbage they are now, if i can't find the driver its just another card going to the recycler.

Chances are, you already have the drivers.
It's based on AM79C960 a.k.a. PCnet-ISA - many systems already contain drivers for that, eg. Windows 98SE.

tried those, won't work just throws an error tested in 95 and 98SE

I found these, a Win9x and a WFW set. Both list the Racal NI6510 if your NIC looks like this picture should work...maybe..
unfortunately all the other racal-datacom and amd early ether drivers were only on ftp and appear long gone....

This driver set...

The attachment NI6510.zip is no longer available

...contains a Win95 driver (NI6510/Etherblaster WIN95 Driver v3. 0)...

The attachment 65win95.exe is no longer available

sorry got caught up with wedding stuff, my card looks exactly like that. I apologize for not responding sooner, apparently I'm supposed to focus on the wedding in 3 weeks instead of my computers that i just got out of storage 🤣.
