Hi, I was wondering if anyone might recognize this ISA sound card?

My only leads are these images that aren't exactly great.

What I noticed:

- the card has a game port, audio connector, volume knob then another two volume connectors
- there is a sticker with a red(-ish) circular logo prominently on it
- looks either highly integrated or lacking some advanced features as there are many unused places prepared on that PCB
