What is the CPU installed?

I'm afraid your only budget option is keeping your eyes open and eventually you'll get lucky. Probably later rather than sooner. There are still some 3dfx cards going around for cheap as part of item bundles and full PCs, sometimes they are sold buy laymen who don't recognize them and list them as expansion card or whatever.

Voodoo 1 is best option for P-133. I saw them sold for around 50-60eur a few months ago but could go as high as 100€. Not sure what is the going rate in your part or what price range would be good for you.

One sunday i woke up really really early and couldnt sleep anymore. So i decided that i will go to a flea market.
( I leave out the 100 times i went to flea markets and find nothing...)
I was there when the sellers just set up the stands. maybe an hour before it officially opened.
And in the last corner i found somebody with old computer parts in a bin fresh from a recycler i think.
Among the parts was a Voodoo1.
To not alert the seller of what i found i asked for the price of a random HDD he had.
I told him that i will buy the HDD and take this random card too. We agreed on 20 euros.

I've managed to snag a few Voodoo 1 cards for less than the typical premium price. This included getting one at auction for an okay price, finding one inside a Pentium system I bought, and last buying a broken one and fixing it.

So there are options at paying less than the typical high-end price, but you have to be patient and potentially get a bit lucky.

I live in Brazil, and they are extremely rare here. Importing one would be difficult, I've already found some bargains on ebay, but my country has a stupid government with stupid and abusive measures for importing, even though it's something obsolete and doesn't pose any risk to the national market. Anything I import, I will pay the value of the product + shipping, and the sum of these will be the tax. For example: Any product worth 80 dollars, 20 dollars shipping = 100 dollars. I have to pay 200 dollars to get it, in addition to waiting 1 to 3 months for customs clearance (it usually arrives in 7-15 days, but it will stay stuck at customs for a long time). As always, I'm on a tight budget. I have a 3dfx here (banshee?), but unfortunately it is not pass-through, and one of the memory banks is bad

Edit: Yes, I'm the patient type, and I search the entire market every Thursday. But the problem is that at that time (97 ~ 2000) my country faced many economic problems, and this resulted in a drastic drop in imports of legal items, the first voodoo was one of the things that became a luxury for few. Here I even find voodoo 3 3000 from time to time, but the first ones are very rare, and absurdly expensive

I'm not aware of a cheap solution, maybe someday someone will figure out something like an FPGA solution for it or something;
Brazil didn't really have a huge high end gaming market in the voodoo days, I mean they were around just not in vast numbers, and nowadays with youtube videos and such, old hardware prices went kind of crazy everywhere.
in the 2000s they were cheap on MercadoLivre and such, I got my V2s for R$50, the last voodoo I bought was the 4500 for around R$50 in 2010 or something, and that was a common price for V4s, V3s, but now they vanished,
as you have noted importing is tricky because the value would most likely be heavily taxed (like 100%) unless someone really helped you with bringing it with them in a flight (lol) or if the price was really low.
Voodoo 2s from my experience are not super reliable also,
the only cheap old 3d cards around here are things like SiS stuff, rages, tnt2 m64 and geforce 4 mx.

Sounds like the options are to either buy a voodoo 1 or 2 at a high price or use your banshee. Personally if I was you I’d probably use the banshee, or buy a voodoo 3. I really like the voodoo 3 personally.

Would any of the software Glide wrappers (plus a GPU upgrade) be an option? Otherwise, +1 for just biting the bullet and paying for an actual card. No such thing as a hardware based Voodoo emulator. (...unless? Are there any third party cards implementing the Glide API from back when 3dfx was still dominating? I vaguely recall seeing a video about one... might've been a fever dream. But even if any exist, and you managed to hunt one down, compatibility would probably be lacking.)

Definitely save and get a Voodoo 3. They sell on amibay for around 80/90/100 euro. Well worth It in my opinion. No driver issues great performance for glide and dx 7 an 6 games.

I imagine you are talking about the AGP cards and not the PCI cards, yes?

It’s much harder to find the PCI versions of the Voodoo 3

I need it with video passthrough because I don't want to lose my capture card which depends on mach64 onboard

then a v3500 tv. enjoy the peak of 3dfx with the ultimate vivo dongle
