Beginning for about 25 years Blizzard always made hybrid PC/Mac releases. But there are perhaps a lot more of these.

Some Maxis games for sure. I think my copies of SimTower and SimCity 2000 SE at least work on both PC & Mac. Don't have the media handy to check though.

You could get the list of mac cdrom games from there, cross check with those that were released on pc/dos/windows and look at every box scans to confirm...
From the games I own, You Don't Know Jack and The X-Files game both are hybrid for sure.

My copies of Myth I and II are hybrid CDs. Some copies of Close Combat are hybrid CDs, but mine is Windows-only. My copy of Myth 1 only mentions Windows on the box and system requirements, but it is still a hybrid.

The Simpsons Cartoon Studio and Virtual Springfield, and the King Of The Hill games are also hybrid discs.

My copy of The Dig from LucasArts Entertainment Company LLC is hybrid CD.
