Um, NEWS.txt wasn't updated, what's new in this release?

I'd presume that the Direct3D note in robertmo's post refers to DOSBox's graphics backend (as already seen in many of the patch builds), rather than a older D3D card being emulated.

I'm sure this is an April Fools joke, but I can't test it at work :p

Lots of references to DOSBox SVN in the config and text.
