Are you running this on a genuine BeBox?

lolo799 said in another thread he's running Haiku, so probably not?

Hey! I just bought a copy of this for OS/2 on ebay. I'm trying to put together a collection of commercially released games for OS/2. There aren't many of them, but some of them can be difficult to find. Are you running this on a genuine BeBox?

Good for you, I should have bought them all 😉
No, it's a x86 game only, there is no ppc port.
I do have a BeBox mind you, but it's in its box right now.
There aren't many commercially released BeOS games either, I have almost all of them 😀

I think we picked a winner with this one. I just watched a Let's Play video and the person who made it says there is patch available that unlocks a lot of gory cut scenes that are normally not shown.

The patch is only for the Windows version, the Linux, OS/2 and BeOS versions of the game are uncensored.

Mortal kombat boxed

I never had this version boxed.. I know that i got a version when i was at school at 9 / 10 years of age from a person with worked at that school and gived me a copy of the game he owned..
When i had it, i installed it on my dads computers.. Later he took those floppys and erased them.. For that time i was always angry on that, because he never told me he had erased the floppys and put of his own programs on those floppys..

I bought this because its in a good state for only 13 dollars.. (only the shipping doesnt really make sense) But i think iam not going to find one in this state again..

I doubt to buy it because of the huge price.. But i guess this version boxed would be hard te find in the future
Now this is a nice present for my holiday fee.

Boxed and sealed copy of wolfenstein 3d.. (the prices will only raise for this nice boxed title)

~ At least it can do black and white~

I like that sealed Wolf3D 😀

My recent purchases:

Nothing special, but at least I got a pretty good deal.

About the sealed Heretic games: I bought two of those, and it's a cardboard jewel case. The combination of that, the shrinkwrap and the ink have caused the shrinkwrap to stick to the cardboard, making it pretty much impossible to open without damaging the case. If you keep it sealed it looks good, but it's actually already damaged. At least my copies were and I don't have any reason to believe the others are different. Or did I just get unlucky?

I grabbed a copy of this (stock photo used, I hope it doesn't get blocked)

I thought it would be a cheaper way to get my hands on the Alien Crossfire expansion for Alpha Centauri than trying to buy it as a standalone or bundled with Alpha Centauri alone.

Nice copy of Red Barron. I remember sinking ~$80 on that version of Daytona when it was released, boy was I disappointed!

Those titles are classics...I have a copy of those games as well but I have never played 11th hour, only 7th guest.

Just picked up a copy of Quake 4 today at a thrift store. Played it on my Windows XP system with GTX280 video card with settings maxed out and it ran incredibly smooth.

Didn't actually buy these games today but they are, nostalgia.
Floppy versions of:

The Epic Shareware days, where these sold for a dollar at kmart.
