Hey there,

I've had a Zida 4DVS 2.0 motherboard lying around for a while.
Q4 is missing. I guess it's a voltage regulator or something like that.
Do any of you happen to have this mainboard and could you check what the name of the component is?
A picture would also be welcome.

The attachment IMG_9372.jpg is no longer available

I know the socket lever broke off too, but I'll take care of that later. 😀

Thank you!

Hi,

I've got this board with a lm1117 regulator installed. However this might not how it originally was. I've seen it with an lt1085ct-3.3 also. R5 resistor is used to set the output voltage on an adjustable regulator. JP38 shorted should set the cpu voltage for 5V. Better wait for the others to comfirm this.

Thanks DAVE86!
Can anyone else confirm this?

Just a quick update. I installed an LT1086CT (adjustable variant) and the output is now at 3.35V.
The motherboard is working perfectly so far.
