Well, it's been a hot minute since I've shown my face around here.
Thanks to everyone who contributed to the search over the years!
After recovering my lost GCS archive, I've been continuously working on finding new and lost titles. You can check out the new and very much improved list of everything DOS 3D GCS in this document.
If you want to check out these games yourself, the current version of the archive is over here. There are a few titles still commercially available, so these won't be in the archive.
There are still tons of games that are completely lost, broken or just have a surviving demo. I'm sure we're not at the end of the search as I'm still finding new stuff after almost 15 years.
The biggest thing still missing is the GCS for C Programmers or the GCS Pro version for MS-DOS. There were a few games made with it (supposedly), which were "Subterraneans" (unreleased), Escape P.O.W., Life's Battle and Darkness of Space. There are (very) few developers still working with the DOS GCS who would love to get their hands on this.
I just wanted to give an update to everyone who's still interested in this old DOS engine. I hope you have a blast playing all the newly discovered "gems" 😉
If you have something to add to the archive or just have a story to tell, maybe you made a GCS game yourself back in the 90s, feel free to chime in.

IIRC that's a different, completely unrelated 1997 GCS game that's coincidentially named "Terminal Terror" (I have it and it's most definitely not the 1994 GCS game by Pie)
And somehow I completely missed this. Do you still have this game? I'd love to add it to the archive.
