Nice RE project. I wish if someone would have L2 cache module for DEC Alpha PC64 to replicate it. It seems to be more rare, I even didn't find any photo...

unsurprisingly still not updated a ~month later 😀 The difficult part (actual RE) was fun and fast - 8 days from nothing to working Gerbers. Paperwork tho is painful to complete without motivation :]
