Can I play Windows 9x games without sound issues?

All my Dos machines working great on PCem, but I'm having sound issues on Windows 9x tryouts.

What is the recommended system requirement for emulating a Pentium 200 MMX ? Also, which graphics card is the recommended under win98 with a Voodoo?

I think the sound issues of windows Guest on this emulator would be fixed with a remote pc connection to the Host pc. All emulators without this are prone to audio issues.
Perhaps aLinux alternative would appeal?

Release announcements is supposed to be for announcing releases of software. Thread has existed here since 2007. For new version releases create seperate threads. I am slowly cleaning up release announcements.
