Picked up a precision 220 off eBay. Dual piii 1ghz and 1gb ecc rdram. The geforce2 gets it came with appears to be dead. Fortunately, I have a spare dell GeForce 256 ddr.

Do you have a PC speaker attached? Is it giving any beep codes (like no GPU detected)? Maybe a POST Code card could illuminate this as well, if you have one. Also, maybe reset your BIOS settings and then follow this guide for the Voodoo 3 bios tweaks: http://www.tweak3d.net/tweak/voodoo3/index. …

Is your CPU FSB the same on both systems? What about the AGP Bus Frequency? It looks like these are both set with jumpers on the P2B-F. thanks for the suggestion. i did check that and i think i have them set correctly. the fractal design torrent case finally arrived. my build is now complete. turned off all the rgb... very nice. might be time to get a 4k monitor as well although, the acer XB270HU is still working perfectly after 6 years.
