Maybe this BIOS have some hidden options? Some of AMI's BIOSes have. Try any key combinations such as ALT+F keys, or CTRL+ALT+F keys.

As i think, there is no mu sense to flash FIC BIOS instead of HP. Some minor changes do not provide any benefits. Maybe someone knows is there any other versions for this board?

One more question. I remember that in some reviews i saw that BIOS allows to switch CPU multiplier, but FIC BIOS that was flashed, do not have this option. My CPU is unlocked ES. I think that there is should be another version. Or not?

If you read utility description carefully, you will see that it is not only on and off options. This utility allows to switch cache operating mode between writeback and writethru. Check it. I do not know any other utility that could do this. Or I’m wrong?

1.03 doesn’t have AGP slot. BIOS image is different, but have mostly the same problems (including ISA DMA). At my opinion there is no sense in 1.03. Best option - AIMB 865 1.02 with Winbond clocker.

Sorry for necropost, but i just got the same board and my 120GB IDE HDD detects as 8 GB HDD, but works fine with whole space availability. BIOS 1.00.07.DH0. The previous one 1.00.04 handles only 8 GB and i was not able to get whole space without external controller.
