Is it possible to configure the Lin-Lin socket 370 adapter to do PPGA to FCPGA?
If yes, has anyone successfully done it, if so how should the jumpers be configured?

You wanna put a PPGA chip in a FCPGA socket?
i think this dude managed it..

But IDK about the other way round. Usually back in the day you'd mod the PPGA socket to FCPGA at least.
Unicorn herding operations are proceeding, but all the totes of hens teeth and barrels of rocking horse poop give them plenty of hiding spots.

I want to insert a fcpga in a ppga board without modding it

Think he wants to run something not supported on an Intel BI440ZX board: Is it possible to add microcodes on a Intel BI440ZX motherboard?
EDIT: If 440ZX-66 it only runs 66Mhz bus like 440EX....is not like a 440BX. The non-66 can run 100Mhz but still has 256Mb limit for ram.

Hate posting a reply and then have to edit it because it made no sense 😁 First computer was an IBM 3270 workstation with CGA monitor. Stuff: https://archive.org/details/@horun

That board can use 2 stick of 256 and go to 512
and it displays the correct amount(512 - 2sticks of 256), 512mb sticks though show as 256mb sticks
Technically if I want I can pin mod the board but I really do not want to mod that specific board
nevermind just tried the linlin on an non modded PPGA slocket on an other board and it works
probably the other board just missed the micro codes, since even if the cpu is forced at 66mhz it still wont boot with in on it
