Simtel collection on archive.org. says it's an iso, it ain't. Cdr is a Macintosh optical format? I don't know. I want to be able to unpack the thing on Windows 10/11. Everything that turns up says it's a Corel Draw file extension.

Changing extension to iso throws a image corrupted error.

Nm. I thought I had winrar installed on this seldom used unit. I didn't. It worked. Out.

Hi, I think. WinImage or MagicISO (virtual CD-ROM drive) may be able to handle it.

If it's not using ISO-9600 but Mac's HFS filesystem or ancient High-Sierra format, you need an older OS.

Some old shareware CDs from internet archive are like this, I think.

MSCDEX (DOS) can read all the old formats/books, such as High-Sierra or CD-i and PhotoCD or Japanese CDs.
Except for Mac stuff. Here, an emulator with Mac OS 9.x might be useful, maybe.
