C9 is 330uf 6.3v tantalum cap, I believe it's size D. you can use any 1uf to 5uf mlcc cap for C6, It looks like size 0805 can fit in there although you have to measure the pads.

This is dual 5v rail for the audio chip, 5v standby goes through this mosfet then a diode then it looks like to the input of the 5v regulator (78l05) and when pc is on, the input of 5v regulator should get power from 12v rail.

One thing I noted is that there are some resistors marked 512 below the ram chips. As per my understanding this is supposed to be 5.1 k ohm. However on measuring these it showed 2.6 k ohm. Measure every zero ohm and 56 ohms resistor around the ram chips on both side of pcb, they are in form of single resistors and resistor arrays. it's annoying task but you might get lucky and find an open resistor.
